An apparatus for injecting grout added with a plasticizer on the back of a tunnel lining is provided to fill up a hollow formed on the back of a tunnel lining completely using a main pipe and an auxiliary pipe. The invention relates to an apparatus for injecting grout added with a plasticizer to a hollow formed between the back of a tunnel lining and an internal wall of a tunnel by mounting a main pipe(100) having the appointed length to a through hole formed on the upper part of a tunnel lining and locating to a hollow formed on the back of a tunnel lining, injecting grout through many discharge ports(110) of the main pipe and curing the injected grout, connecting a grout supply pump to an auxiliary pipe(200) installed to the inside of the main pipe and injecting grout to the hollow through the auxiliary pipe precisely, cutting off the main pipe and the auxiliary pipe and closing up the through hole, wherein a cutoff cover(500) is installed on the end of the auxiliary pipe projected from the inside of the main pipe to the outside to prevent the grout discharged to the inside of the hollow through the discharge ports of the main pipe from flowing in the auxiliary pipe through the end of the auxiliary pipe.
