A system and a method for offering total A/S(After-sales Service) management using the network, and a computer-readable recording medium implementing the same are provided to integrate, manage, and offer all information related to an A/S through the network, and offer the effective A/S by using the information stored in a database when the A/S is advanced. A database server(472) stores various information related to the A/S and provides the stored information according to an information request requested from each A/S step. An A/S server(171) processes the A/S related information generated when the A/S is provided, stores the processed information to the database server, and provides the information stored in the database server to information requestors. A serviceman terminal(440) requests the A/S related information to the A/S server and receives the requested information from the A/S server. The database server includes a standard manual database including a basic data table basically needed for advancing the A/S, and the information for service related rules and manuals.
