An axle assembly with a steering device is provided to prevent wheels from being shaken due to a gear backlash gap by fixedly installing a friction plate at a ring gear drum. An axle assembly with a steering device comprises a casing(12) that rotatably supports a driving shaft(1). A knuckle(24) is connected to the casing(12) such that the knuckle performs articulation movement relative to the casing. A carrier hub drum(23) is connected to the knuckle(24). A pin(7) protrudes from the carrier hub drum(23). A ring gear drum(33) is fixed to the knuckle(24). A planetary gear(10) is inserted into the pin(7). A seal(35) is provided to block impurities. A fluid path(29) is formed in a carrier hub wheel(4) to support rotational force of the carrier hub wheel(4). A brake disk(2) is connected to the carrier hub drum(23). A brake piston(20) controls rotational force. A return spring(21) separates the brake piston(20) from a friction plate(3).
