COMPUTER WITH FUNCTION OF AUTOMATICALLY DOWNLOADING A MUSIC FILE TO A HARDWARE MP3 PLATER

PURPOSE: A computer is provided to mount a hardware MP3 player without a cable and control a power source of the MP3 player while a music file is being downloaded in the MP3 player. CONSTITUTION: A data storing unit(10) stores a music file and consists of a flash memory. A control unit(20) comprises an MCU and an MP3 decoder, and processes music data stored in the flash memory. An output unit(30) comprises an analogue-digital converter and an amplifier, and processes and outputs stored music data. Music data are downloaded from a computer system(90) through an interface unit(40). A sensing unit(50) detects a mounting or not of a hardware MP3 player in a mounting unit of a computer and a resulted sensing signal to the computer system(90). The sensing unit(50) comprises a resistance and a transistor. When a high level signal for displaying a mounting of the hardware MP3 player is applied to a base of the transistor, a low level sensing signal is output from the sensing unit(50). A comparison unit(60) detects an operating voltage level of the hardware MP3 player and supplies a comparison signal for displaying the fact that a level of an operating voltage of the hardware MP3 player is less than a predetermined level to the computer system(90) as the result.
