A method and an apparatus for composing artificial swampy land are provided to facilitate composition of the artificial swampy land and reduce cost and time for composing the artificial swampy land, by using permeation trenches. A plurality of permeation trenches(100a) each having a permeation tube(110), a filling member(120) wrapping the permeation tube, and a permeation sheet(130) wrapping the filling member are buried in a net type such that permeation tubes communicate with one another. Swampy land is formed by flowing water through the permeation tubes of the permeation trenches by a water supply unit communicating with the permeation tubes.
