A MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOR SILICON OF SOLID CLOTH

A method for processing a three-dimensional fabric is provided to maintain securely three-dimensional patterns of the fabric, by injecting silicon onto intaglio patterns of the fabric. A fabric is interposed between an intaglio upper plate and an embossment lower plate for a metal mold frame. The metal mold frame with the fabric is pressed by a pressing unit, thereby making the fabric into a three-dimensional fabric. The embossment lower plate is separated from the three-dimensional fabric, and the three-dimensional fabric and the intaglio upper plate are disposed on a silicon injecting frame. The three-dimensional fabric is covered with an additional plate, wherein the additional plate is formed according to intaglio patterns of the three-dimensional fabric. Silicon is injected onto the intaglio patterns of the three-dimensional fabric. A portion of the silicon, which is protruded from an upper surface of the additional plate due to over-injection of the silicon, is removed by using a rolling bar. The three-dimensional fabric is dried after removing the additional plate.
