A method for manufacturing self-compacting fiber reinforced cement composites having improved applicability, compressive strength and bending strength is provided to achieve uniform fiber distribution and filling of all the corners of the molding although hardening process is omitted. A method for manufacturing self-compacting fiber reinforced cement composites comprises the steps of: preparing self-compacting matrix by blending 10 to 40 parts by weight of mineral admixture consisting of pulverized granulated blast-furnace slag, fly ash and metakaolin blended in the ratio of 4-6:4-1:2-3, 100 to 130 parts by weight of sand having diameter of 5mm or less made to absolute dry state at 100±5deg.C, 5 to 10 parts by weight of non-crack consisting of CSA expanding agent and glocols-based shrinkage reducing agent blended in the ratio of 7-10:1-3, with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement; preparing high-performance blending water consisting of 0.1-1.05% by weight of cellulose thickener, 0.5-4% by weight of polycarbonate or melamine super-plasticizer and 94.95-99.4% by weight of distilled water; preparing cement composites by blending the high-performance blending water and self-compacting matrix in the ratio of 0.2-0.5; feeding one or more selected from a group consisting of steel fiber or organic fiber into the prepared cement composites in the range of 1 to 5% by volume with respect to the volume of the cement composites and mixing them. The mineral admixture is used in the amount of 20-30 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the cement. The sand is used in the amount of about 110 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight. The cellulose thickener is used in the amount of 0.3-0.7% by weight. The polycarbonate super-plasticizer is used in the amount of 0.7-2% by weight, and the melamine super-plasticizer is used in the amount of 0.7-3.0% by weight.
