A preparing method of high-early fiber reinforced cement composite and a composite from the method are provided to reduce construction duration and to obtain better dimensional stability and longer durability by mixing strength-promoted binder, setting-promoted mixing water and fiber in the concrete. A preparing method of high-early fiber reinforced cement composite comprises steps of: mixing 10-20 parts by weight of silica fume, 100-120 parts by weight of sand having a diameter of up to 5mm which is manufactured in an absolute dry state at 100±5deg.C and 5-20 parts by weight of dry limestone with respect to 100 parts by weight of high-early fiber reinforced cement; preparing a strength-promoted binder by mixing the prepared mixture with 100 parts by weight of high-early fiber reinforced cement; subsequently or concurrently with the previous step, preparing setting-promoted mixing water by mixing 1-3% by weight of triethanolamine, 1-3% by weight of naphthalenic water-reducing agent and 94-98% by weight of distilled water; preparing cement composite by mixing the prepared setting-promoted mixing water and the prepared strength-promoted binder in a ratio of 0.15-0.25 for the water to the binder; and adding 1-3% by volume of reinforced fiber and/or organic fiber in the previously prepared cement composite. For preparing strength-promoted binder, the mixture is mixed at 20-40rpm for 10-20 minutes, followed by at about 10rpm for 3-5 minutes. The prepared setting-promoted water is mixed at 500-800rpm for about 3-5 minutes before preparing the cement composite. The prepared setting-promoted water and the prepared strength-promoted binder are mixed at 40-50rpm for about 5-7 minutes before mixing with the fibers. The mixture containing the fibers is mixed at 20-30rpm for about 1-2 minutes.
