An aerial work platform is provided to move conveniently and keep easily in a narrow working space by coupling a footboard portion and a ladder portion by a hinge and moving/folding the footboard portion and to use easily for various working circumstances such as stairs or an inclined working space by forming plural hanging grooves on an auxiliary hinge portion of a footboard portion and moving/fixing a footboard portion against a ladder portion by stages using a stopper. An aerial work platform contains a ladder portion(10) installed upward from the ground and provided with a hinge portion(13), a footboard portion(20) coupled to the hinge portion of the ladder portion and provided with an auxiliary hinge portion(21) having one or more hanging grooves(22) and hook-shaped holder portions(23) to be placed on a building structure, and a stopper(30) composed of a hanging piece(32) inserted to the hanging groove of the auxiliary hinge portion and a button(31) projected to the outside of a vertical bar(11) of the ladder portion to fix the footboard portion to make the footboard portion located on the appointed part of the ladder portion.
