摘要

A method of manufacturing a buckwheat and green tea beverage is provided to obtain beverage having high palatability in color, taste and flavor and excellent efficacy such as cholesterol reduction and blood lipid reduction. A beverage is prepared by agitating 95 to 97.9% by weight of an extract of tartary buckwheat and green tea, 0.01 to 0.09% by weight of vitamin C, 1.0 to 2.0% by weight of Aloe vera, 1.0 to 2.0% by weight of dietary fiber and the remaining portion of sodium bicarbonate. The extract of tartary buckwheat and green tea is obtained by mixing 60 to 80% by weight of tartary buckwheat and 20 to 40% by weight of green tea leaves, extracting in purified water at 70 to 95deg.C for 5 to 15min and filtering with a membrane filter of 0.6 to 0.7mum in the first step and 0.25 to 0.35mum in the second step.
