SYSTEM FOR MANAGING INFORMATION OF RESTING PATIENT AND METHOD THEREOF

A system and a method for managing information of resting patients are provided to keep a maintenance cost at a proper level while keeping system performance even though an operation length is passed storing the information of the resting patients in a separate server and managing the stored information. A filter(112) determines a resting stage of the patient corresponding to a resting condition by periodically searching medical records of the patient stored in a medical image storing/transferring server(110), classifies the medical/image information determined as the resting stage into a resting patient folder, and records/stores an ID of the resting patient folder in a resting place list. An information transferor(114) transfers the medical and image information of the resting patient folder corresponding to the resting ID list to a resting patient information storing server(120) by periodically reading the resting ID list stored in the filter, remains the minimum ID information among the medical/image information of the resting patient folder stored in the medical image storing/transferring server, and deletes the remaining part. An information storing part(122) receives and stores the medical/image information received from the information transferor.
