A method of manufacturing a dried persimmon containing green tea components is provided to improve the color and preservability of the products and provide the efficacy of green tea as well as the taste and components of persimmon. First, a fresh persimmon is peeled and dried for 15 to 25 days or 25 to 60 days. Secondly, 5 to 10g green tea leaf liquid or powder is put into 1L water and cooled to 30 to 50deg.C to obtain green tea extract. Finally, the semi-dried or dried persimmon is soaked in the green tea extract for 0.5 to 3min and stored in a cool state.
