A manufacturing method of an electrochemical capacitor containing composite materials is provided to improve an output characteristic by providing a smooth electron moving path through the improvement of electric conductivity. A manufacturing method of an electrochemical capacitor containing composite materials includes the steps of: chemically coating potassium permanganate(KMnO2) on a carbon nano tube with coating the surface of the carbon nano tube with manganese oxide to the thickness of nm chemically; and forming an electrode by mixing the composite material of manganese oxide and carbon with a conductive agent and a binder.
