The concrete boundary parts are embedded with a plurality of anchors(11). The boundary woods are fixed to the anchors by nuts(12). The supports support the boundary woods. The vegetation trees are planted in a vegetation soil(41) filled between the boundary woods to receive water from a soil layer of the road. The supports have first and second support rods, fixing plates, and length adjustable nuts having a plurality of handles.
