FIELD: vermiculite cultivation, in particular, selection of optimal composition of substrates for cultivation of annelids.;SUBSTANCE: method involves placing annelids into container filled with different substrates; holding; opening container; determining preferendum by frequency of encountered annelids and amount of laid cocoons; arranging substrates in layers using temporary partitions; charging annelids from the top into container; holding during 1-2 days at temperature of 18-22 C.;EFFECT: simplified method for determining of optimal substrate composition for cultivation of annelids, increased number of substrates tested for one cycle and reduced time consumed for experiment.;1 dwg
