FIELD: medicine, coxosurgery.;SUBSTANCE: cutaneous incision of external surface of iliac crest should be continued along median edge of the rectus muscle of thigh, at first one should lance a hip joint, resect affected articular surfaces and come from the same wound towards intrapelvic abscess, moreover, one should dissect the beginning of iliac muscle and fascia from internal surface of anterior third of the crest to exfoliate them subperiosteally against the ala that enables to fulfill simultaneously two surgical interferences without any additional incisions.;EFFECT: higher efficiency.;1 cl, 2 dwg
