METHOD FOR ENDOPROSTHETICS OF A HIP JOINT AT AFTEREFFECTS OF METATUBERCULAR COXITIS

FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: at preoperational period one should inject antitubercular preparations at conventional dosages for 15- 30 d at one of the following combinations: streptomycin + isoniazide; streptomycin + pyrazinamide; isoniazide + pyrazinamide. Moreover, concrete combination of these preparations is determined by patient's body susceptibility to them. The innovation enables to practically exclude complications after endoprosthetics of a hip joint in patients with aftereffects of metatubercular coxitis. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
