FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves puncturing and catheterizing general femoral vein or general carotid by applying Seldinger techniques. Introducer of 4-9F in diameter set. Radiopaque flexible catheter of 3-6F in diameter with light guide is coaxially introduced through it to blood vessel occlusion place. Flexible quartz - quartz or quartz-polymer light guide diameter is equal to 100-200 mcm. Heparinized physiological salt solution is introduced during laser installation operation at a rate not less 0.1 ED of heparin in 1 ml of physiologic saline. Solution introduction rate is not less than 1 ml/s. Then, the conducting catheter brought down. The distance between light guide end face and irradiated surface is 1-5 mm long. High-energy laser of 20 W power is applied. Pulsating periodic pulsating mode is applied. Radiopaque substance is periodically introduced in small dozes and carry out during laser radiation treatment and X-ray TV control over passability and full-scale lumen restoration in the injured bloodstream bed zone.;EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; provided ischemized brain tissue restoration and its subsequent regeneration.
