FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves accessing radial bone tuberosity and fixing tendon to it. The tendon is fixed by bringing ligatures through canal drilled in radial bone tuberosity, and then removed the ligatures are removed through apertures in the bone transplant shaped as irregular triangle with rounded angles and two holes. The transplant plane adjoining to the radial bone, is straight and equal in size to radial bone width.;EFFECT: simplified fixation techniques; high reliability of fixation.;5 dwg
