FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves treating corporal, paraorbital and auricular points and applying surface acupuncture to cervical collar zone, head, paravertebral lines external shank and thighs surface, sacrum region, points of Tai-chong, and Feng-qi. Physiotherapy is administered 1 h later by applying electrostimulation via upper eyelid. The electrostimulation is carried out with rectangular negative polarity current pulses having amplitude of 10-1000 mcA in burst mode with pulse duration equal to 10-30 ms, pulse succession frequency in burst being equal to 5-25 Hz, the number of pulses in burst equal to 5-10 and 2-4 s long pause between the bursts.;EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in supporting constant intraocular pressure level.;3 cl
