METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT AT INBORN EVENTRATION

FIELD: medicine, surgery.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating patients at inborn eventration, gastroschisis, in particular. Before suturing up a hollow covering towards cutaneous edge of anterior abdominal wall's defect one should spray into its cavity a hydrophobic organosilicon liquid in 0.5%-ethanol solution beyond the body at 30°C and higher. Then internal surface of the hollow covering should be ventilated with heated air for about 5-10 min. Then the edges of the hollow covering should be inverted and sutured to the skin with siliconized surface. Inside the hollow covering one should locate the eventrated organs followed by resetting them into abdominal cavity, then the hollow covering should be removed, abdominal cavity should be closed. In peculiar case, one should spray siliconizing liquid in the covering's cavity and ventilate it with air through the tube. To the tube it is necessary to fix the covering's edges. The innovation enables to increase the quality of surgical therapy at decreasing its cost price in case of inborn eventration, decrease the frequency of complications due to weakening the irritating impact of the covering upon body tissues due to providing the contact of more indifferent internal surface of the hollow covering.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.;1 cl, 1 ex
