METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT AT INBORN TOTAL INTESTINAL EVENTRATION

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: one should perform incision to the right against external angle of defect along the line of skin relaxation. This incision should be sufficient for reposition of organs into abdominal cavity. Then it is necessary to suture incision and defect from external angle of incision towards umbilical cord, dissect transitional tissue in defect's area, mobilize skin against muscles, suture abdominal wall in two layers: firstly, peritoneum with muscles, then - skin with subcutaneous fiber. The method enables to restore anatomical structures of abdominal wall at maximum by not applying patches and prevent possible complications.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.;2 dwg
