METHOD FOR ADJUSTING GAS TEMPERATURE IN GAS COOLING SYSTEM OF COMPRESSOR STATION OF GAS MAIN LINE

FIELD: systems for cooling natural gas at compressor stations of main gas lines, possible use at compressor stations of main gas lines both operational and under construction.;SUBSTANCE: method for adjusting gas temperature in gas cooling system of compressor station of main gas line includes determining gas temperature at output of gas cooling system of compressor station or at output of aerial gas cooling apparatuses and comparison thereof to given limit values, and after that controlling decision is taken about further mode of operation of ventilators of gas cooling system of compressor station. Operation mode of ventilators is changed using transformers of frequency, which are connected to motors of ventilators and make possible, by increasing or decreasing speed of one or several ventilators in range from zero to nominal value, to change temperature of gas at output of gas cooling system.;EFFECT: possible smooth adjustment of gas flow temperature, increased resource of motors, ventilators and accompanying equipment, reduced consumption of electric energy due to operation of greater number of ventilators at speed below nominal.;4 cl
