The brush has a drive system provided with bristles (2) that possess magnetic or ferromagnetic property. The system has an electromagnet (1) that moves or bends the bristles by magnetic field reciprocation effect between cores (6) of the bristles and the electromagnet. The bristles are spiral and flexible, where each of the bristles has tips (4) that are driven such that roots (3) of the bristle remain immovable. The system has a controller (8) with an electronic circuit, where the controller is coupled with the electromagnet and generates a transition or pulse current signal.
