The device has a bristle side plate (1) and a plate (2) connected with each other. The plate (1) is connected to a brush or to a handle (4) by a spring device (3) or a system moving vertically on a surface of hairs of the brush. The plate (1) has holes for passing hairs of brush, broom and hand brush or teeth of comb. The plate (2) forms a body with back side brush of the handle, where the plate (2) is fixed to the spring device or the vertically moving system. The plate (2) moves and pushes back dirt in the hairs of the brush when pressure is applied on the plate (2).
