Authentication process for user involves storing of reference data for multiple biometric features of user by using portable data carrier

The process involves storing of reference data for several biometric features of a user by portable data carrier. One feature is released from many feature codes assigned to per biometric feature. One feature is detected which is presented by the user. Data are derived from detected biometric feature and analyzed involving reference data to assess availability of successful authentication. An independent claim is also included for a system.
