The system has an end robot (1) which is navigated in a wireless manner at a selectable position in a human or animal hollow organ. A removal device is provided, where the removal device is put on the position identified by the end robot. The removal device is designed as a puncture device. An active identification of the selected position is realizable by the end robot. The end robot includes an LED. An independent claim is also included for a method for puncture of a hollow organ.
