The system has drive wheels (3) that are fastened to radial arms (2), where the radial arms are fastened to a suitable base construction (1) in a horizontally rotatable manner. A height and angle position of a structure of a robot depends on a position of the radial arms. A driving of the drive wheels takes place by a toothed wheel (6) via a toothed drive belt (5), where the toothed wheel is fit on a rotating axis of the radial arms. Torque at the toothed wheel on the rotating axis produces the rotation of the drive wheels or the rotation of the radial arms.
