The frame has a locking head (3), which is arranged at the ends of a tape (2), where the frame is made of thermoplastic. The head has an opening for accommodating the tape and anti lock-in teeth, which effect on an opposite side of lock-in teeth (8). The lock-in teeth and the tooth spaces (9) are arranged in an offset manner on the side of the tape, in a longitudinal direction so that the lock-in teeth on each side of the tape are found over the tooth spaces of the respective opposite side of the tape.
