Powder base (C1), for protecting the skin from skin barrier disorders and Corn's disease, partially or completely from UV light and for disorders in wounded and tinged skin and in healthy skin, comprises protective material (99.99-97 wt.%), mineral pigment, different organic materials, urea (0.01-3, preferably 0.1-1 wt.%), antimicrobial-, antiseptic-, antiinflammatory- and itch protective- agents, radical inhibitors, and does not contain allergic and irritative components. An independent claim is also included for a medicinal powder comprising (C1) with a pharmaceutical active substance (0.01-2, preferably 0.1-1 wt.%) such as vitamin, local anesthetics, H1-antihistaminic, antimycotic, antiinflammatory active agents, immunosuppressive, antiinfective, antiseptic, static virus, astringents, barrier stabilizing agent or protein hydrolysate condensate.
