Organic soil improving agent (A), comprises a humic acid base; fossil minerals and fossil natural humic acid; solid organic materials (= 85) for e.g. wood-like fossil residue from the brown coal preparation and harvest residues and/or residues from plant utilization with grain size of greater than 200 mm; and liquid humat-humic acid nutrient suspension (= 15%) with 1-10% portion of humic acid in the form of sodium humate. Organic soil improving agent (A), comprises a humic acid base from organic materials, preferably a portion of soluble humic acid from brown coals; fossil minerals and fossil natural humic acid from the natural plant before approximately 20 million years without negative environmental effects; and solid organic materials (= 85%) from wood-like fossil residue from the brown coal preparation, vegetable-, animal- and/or its liquefied waste or decayed products, harvest residues and/or residues from plant utilization with grain size of greater than 200 mm with or without alkaline suspension additive, and liquid humat-humic acid nutrient suspension (= 15%) with 1-10% portion of humic acid with molecular weight of 2000-50000 in the form of sodium humate.
