The arrangement has a coaxially formed needle probe and a thermocouple (1). The thermocouple is arranged inside the needle probe, and a shielding electrode (2) arranged in the arrangement is surrounded by an insulated casing. A set of thermo wires are provided, where a thermoelectric voltage is developed between the thermo wires. A differential amplifier is provided between the thermo wires.
