The device has a strip conductor pair attached on a rotating part (1) and supplied with electrical signals from a transmission module for differential signal transmission. A reception device (6) is attached on a stationary part (2), and is connected with a reception module. The pair includes components e.g. surface mounted device (SMD) resistors, common mode signal choke, strips and stubs, for reducing a common mode signal component. Adjustable delay elements for adaptation of a time offset between signals on output conductors of the transmission module are arranged in the conductors.
