The device has a magnet-sensitive unit e.g. hall generator (4), magnet units (2, 3) with a flat standard size, and a rotor unit exhibiting a multi-wall body (1). The multi-wall body is made of a magnetic flux-conductive material. The magnet units are respectively arranged at two opposing body wall units (1.1-1.8) of the multi-wall body. The magnet-sensitive unit is held with a retaining unit by a stator unit, such that the magnet-sensitive unit is positioned with the magnet units opposite to the multi-wall body.
