The primary chamber is provided with a pressurizing medium filling (7) e.g. water. The secondary chamber is variably pressurized with pressurizing medium e.g. air, where the secondary chamber imparts pressure to the filling of the primary chamber through the flexible partition wall. The maximum volume of the secondary chamber is equal to or greater than the maximum volume change under pressure in the primary chamber.
