The bridge has a device (10) for determining a parameter, which corresponds with deformation of a deformation unit (6), where deformation is caused by the thrust of the engine (2). A thrust determining device is provided for determination of thrust of the engine from the parameter. The device (10) works for the determination of the parameter on basis of a contactless procedure. The device (10) includes an optoelectronic sensor. An independent claim is also included for a method for technical measurement detection of thrust of engine.
