The multi color photoluminescent LEDs and halogen bulbs are coated or ornamented inside or outerside with photoluminescent pigments or a pigment mixture, and serve in combination with adaptive reflectors or mirrors for achieving various color phases and alienated luminescence effects after switching off a source of light. Photoluminescent LEDs are provided alternatively in place of pigment-integrated plastic lens caps.
