Nature-like disinfection of waste water by using algae pools, comprises adding the waste water to the algae pool, where the algae absorbs or incorporates pathogenic micro-organisms, and the micro-organism can not survive in the algae pool; stipulating an increase in the pH value in the algae pool (which occurs during the growth phase of the algae or also through carbon dioxide bonding) by using a specific controlling system; and collecting the algae (which is capable for sedimentation) in a sedimentation tank, which is kept behind the algae pool.
