USING BOTTOM SEAWATER OF HYDROGEN SULPHIDE POOL OF BLACK SEA AS SEA ALGAE CULTURE MEDIUM

FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention "Using bottom sea water of hydrogen sulphide pool of the Black Sea as sea algae culture medium" refers to marine culture. Technical substance of the invention consists in using bottom seawater of the Black sea both containing hydrogen sulphide, and oxidised as a sea algae culture medium. Studying the biogenic properties of the aqueous medium from a reduction zone of the Black sea implemented by the invention has shown that the bottom seawater has no bad influence on the Black Sea plankton algae in the presence of high initial concentrations of hydrogen sulphide. After complete oxidation of this xenobiotic, the Black Sea bottom water can be used as a nutrient fertile culture medium of unicellular plankton and multi-cellular benthoalgae in laboratory or industrial environment, and in marine culture farms.;EFFECT: sea algae culture in laboratory or industrial environment.
