Accessory for dental articulators, attaches to existing support columns and includes measurement scale and adjustable position pins

A dental articulator is used to simulate jaw movements with e.g. dental casts or fabrications. The new accessory is attached to the support columns (4) of existing dental articulators, which it is dimensioned to fit. It is height-adjustable up to the model, and can be locked in position. A transverse or parallel measurement scale (1) is included. The scale runs from the center to the edges. There are at least two position pins (6) with continuous vertical adjustability to set positions. Position pin spacing from the scale is adjustable at the front of the articulator. A further holding pin is adjustable in three dimensions. The pins hold the dental model at three points on the articulator, following alignment.
