The device has a water preparation device, a pressure generator, a water hosepipe and an extendable rod with a spray head and a wiper attached to its free end. The rod is provided with an angularly adjustable joint (10,13,23,20) at its free end. The joint is formed by a cylindrical holder (14, 24) for the cylindrical rod with a protrusion shifted relative to the axis whereby one protrusion has a polygonal holder (13) and the other has a suitable polygonal protrusion.
