A head shower (3) is provided at the wall rod, where the wall rod is loaded with water through the head shower. A rotatable, U-shaped tube bracket (2) is connected to the wall rod in a sealed manner, where the head shower is attached to a free end of the bracket. A pipe socket is installed at a front side of the hollow rod.
