The wheel has a steering wheel rim with a periphery and a core, where the periphery surrounds a center axis of the wheel. An outer shell surrounds the core and has a visible outer shell. A peripheral groove (32) is extended along a part of the periphery. The outer shell has two end sections (26, 28), where edges of the sections run along the periphery. The sections are extended into the groove and are held in the groove by the core of the rim.
