The device has a receiver and a decoder (1). The decoder is provided with an input memory (2) for coded data (5) and another input memory (4) for data that is utilized for generation of codes. Another receiver is provided for time signal and a circuit is arranged in the device. The former input memory is connected with the former receiver for the coded data and the latter input memory is connected with the circuit.
