The joint has a drive wheel (5) that is mounted between casings (3, 4) and is interlocked with teeth (31, 41) for locking the casings. A press stud (7) is movably mounted on the casing (7) and rests on the drive wheel so that the press stud is pushed against the drive wheel. The drive wheel is detached from the teeth (31) for disconnecting the casings from each other so that the casing (3) is rotated relative to the casing (4). An elastic unit (6) is clamped between the casing (4) and the drive wheel for pushing the drive wheel in the direction of the casing (3) and the press stud.
