The bow has a bow bar (2) and a bow head (1) that are laminated with carbon fiber as a fiber composite material and resin, where the bow is made of a wooden material. The bow bar and the head are embossed before lamination, where an upper surface of the bow bar or the head is coated with epoxy resin. The bow bar and the head are provided with roving traces or hose that are enraged or imposed on the bow. The upper surface of the bow bar or the head is machined and smoothed after laminating to obtain an outer form of the bow.
