The endoprosthesis has a Jugular component (3) swivelable about a longitudinal axis of a cone joint (4), where a shank component (2) and the jugular component are connected with each other in different positions by using a locking connection. A longitudinal axis of the shank component and the longitudinal axis of the cone joint are arranged in a level of the cone joint. The locking connection is formed by a single locking lug arranged outside and proximal to the cone joint at a cervical part (6) and by a set of notches, where the notches are arranged at a lateral side of the shank component.
