A diaphysaire case section is provided with a three-dimensional open space network structure. A diaphysaire section is provided with a caudal aligned stage of the case. A controlling device is connected in the distal end of the case in the form of flexible controlling rod which has spherically thickened distal end. A coupling mechanism is provided at the distal case end and arranged into diphase of the femurs extension handle.
