The bicycle has a power supply device (2) that is adjacent to a rim of a luminescent wheel (1), and a conductor unit (3) provided at an outer side of an axis of the wheel. Fluorescent bars (4) are connected with spokes (11) of the wheel, where the supply device produces electrical energy for the conductor unit, when the wheel is rotated. The bars are illuminated along the rotated wheel. Light emitting diodes (LEDs) are fastened to the spokes of the wheel, so that the wheel sends an illuminating beam, when the bicycle drives.
