The multi-use powerful guiding band comprises a soft pad (11) for assembling a related structure. A band (12) is longitudinally arranged on the pad so as to fix the pad to the wrist. A band (13) is transversally arranged on the pad to reeve on a fitness equipment (20). The two ends of each band are provided with an adhesive band (14) and a through ring (15), for wrapping the pad on the wrist and reeving the fitness equipment.
